  CRS Conceptual Model
  

Corporate responsibility and sustainability management involves the following four components as shown in the following diagram:

·     Corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy management;

·     Stakeholder engagement;

·     Corporate responsibility and sustainability implementation management;

·     Stakeholder oriented performance management.

 

The above are interlinked through learning feedback loops that support strategy development and continuous implementation improvements[1] .Learning and knowledge management is particularly important to enable active participation of key stakeholders in the company’s operation and the development of knowledge based dynamic capabilities[2].
